PlaylistAI and its developer take your privacy very seriously. PlaylistAI does not sell or rent your data in any way.

When you authenticate your music service account with PlaylistAI, we are able to access some data such as your user ID and email address. We use this for bare minimum functionality and to contact you regarding PlaylistAI.

Your data will not be sold, but may be stored in our analytics providers (for example, to count how many playlists you have created). The privacy policies of the 3rd party services we use can be found below:

PlaylistAI is not affiliated with any music service provider such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, or any other company. All PlaylistAI apps are 3rd party apps created using their APIs.

PlaylistAI may connect with your Google account for YoutubeMusic. PlaylistAI only accesses the required information, such as your email address and Youtube account. Your data may be stored in our analytics providers, but is not sold or shared elsewhere. PlaylistAI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. PlaylistAI does not train AI models on your data, but does use OpenAI and ChatGPT, so you should refer to their latest privacy practices. To opt-out of any data sharing you can delete your PlaylistAI account to ensure no data continues to be transferred to OpenAI, but PlaylistAI does not share any personally identifiable information anyways.
